Specialized therapy for women in midlife, navigating perimenopause and menopause, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My integrated approach blends EMDR, systems, and individualized person-centered therapy to create a sense of safety and autonomy where healing can happen.
For many women, midlife brings profound change with perimenopause and menopause, shifting family roles, changing relationships, anxiety or depression, resurfacing trauma, and questions about identity, purpose, and what comes next. After years of being there for everyone else, you may be ready to finally make space for yourself. Therapy can help you understand what’s happening, heal what’s keeping you stuck, and build a deeper sense of who you are and what matters to you. You don’t have to lose yourself in this next chapter. You can reconnect with who you are and intentionally choose how you want to live.
As a woman in midlife myself, raising children and navigating the pressures of life’s demands, I understand from the inside what it means to stand at a crossroads. My work is about helping women find solid ground again, not by returning to who they were, but by understanding who they are and discovering who they want to become.
I provide online therapy to clients located in the state of Washington. I am a licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate (MHCA.MC.70126716) working under the supervision of Lindsay Hansen, LMFT.

"Not by going back to who you were, but by discovering who you are becoming."
Many women carry experiences they have never fully processed, things that happened years ago that still show up in their body, their relationships, or the way they see themselves. EMDR is a gentle but deeply effective approach that helps the brain and nervous system work through what talk therapy alone sometimes cannot reach.
EMDR is an evidence-based practice where reprocessing helps your brain naturally heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences that may still feel emotionally charged. Through guided bilateral stimulation, memories are gently integrated so they no longer feel stuck in the past, allowing you to connect with a more adaptive, grounded sense of yourself in the present. Systems work comes from the Bowen Family Systems theory, which helps you understand how your family and relationship experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond to others.
By recognizing patterns such as people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, emotional reactivity, or difficulty setting boundaries, you can develop greater self-awareness and emotional independence. The goal is not to change your relationships, but to help you show up in them with greater clarity, confidence, and choice. Integrated Path a private-pay out-of-network practice. Your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means they will reimburse you for a portion of the cost of the session. I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance directly. Many PPO plans offer 50–80% reimbursement after a deductible is met. Please note that not all insurance plans reimburse the same. Some insurance companies will not reimburse for work done with an associate.
Sessions take place over a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera. Many clients find virtual sessions just as effective as in-person, and far easier to fit into a real schedule.
It's a 15-minute video call where we talk about what brings you to therapy and whether my approach feels like a fit. There's no commitment and no charge.
I do not prescribe medication, but I refer clients to practitioners that can prescribe if that is a tool you would like to add to your therapy.
That depends. Each path is unique and I am here for any part of it that you would like me to join you on. I believe an important part of therapy is learning to trust yourself and you will know when that aspect of the journey is done for you.
Individual sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. The initial intake session is $200. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots. Please ask if cost is a barrier.
If any of this resonates, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. It's a low-pressure conversation to see if we might be a good fit. Morning and afternoon availability throughout Washington state.
Thank you. I'll be in touch within two business days to schedule your free consultation.
